Micah Jones first joined Haycock’s summer staff in 2017, after graduating the Leadership Growth Program the summer prior in 2016. Micah was a member of the summer staff for five summers, including being one of the leaders for the Leadership Growth Program in 2020. After several summers volunteering as a counselor, God opened the door for Micah to be a part of the year round staff in 2024 as the Assistant Program Director. As Assistant Program Director, Micah helps with the planning of and oversees the overnight camp operations, paintball program, as well as assisting in Haycock’s retreats and rental programs in the fall and spring months.
