| Cisco is our oldest horse. At approximately 30 years old, he is an old veteran and a great “beginner” horse |  |
| Buddy has been around for as long as anyone can remember. He is approximately 25 years old and is our most popular horse. |  |
| Big Toby is approximately 20 years old and is much more spirited than Cisco or Buddy. |  |
| Lil’ Toby is approximately 12 years old. Though in size he is small, his spirit makes up for it in dramatic fashion. |  |
| Fancy is approximately 17 years old and came to us in the fall of 2008. She is one of two mares in the herd. Fancy is probably our slowest horse and also has the saddest eyes, but is a great camp horse |  |
| Sweetie is approximately 19 years old and is currently on lend. She is our only other mare and she loves to be ridden. |  |
| Jesse is our youngest horse at age 7 and is also our most recent addition being added to the herd in late fall, 2008. |  |
Haycock Camping Ministries is not only a summer boy’s camp, but also a year round retreat facility. Located on over 180 acres in Upper Bucks County, Haycock has much to offer. One year round activity that many people love is horseback riding. Every year, approximately 7 horses call Haycock home. They enjoy grazing on an old grass air strip and doing rides on weekends.
The horse program is a focal point for the ministry. Haycock has also identified exciting areas for growth within the horse program. Beginning in 2009, three levels of horsemanship classes are being offered to homeschool students. Also new in 2009 is an equestrian week for teen girls. Returning to the summer camp program in 2009 is our horsemanship week for teen boys.
